At Primoprint, we work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your projects. Your happiness is our number one priority.

Before a project goes to print, our processing team reviews all files to make sure they are correct. Projects move forward only if everything looks good. Please note we don’t question design, we only view files to make sure everything is technically correct.

If there are issues with the files, we do our best to correct them on our own and send a proof for approval. If for some reason we can’t fix the files, we’ll email an outline of the issues. If you’re not sure how to proceed, contact us, and we’ll help you fix the problem.

Once you receive your order be sure to inspect the product to ensure that it was not damaged during shipping and that we have met your expectations.  If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, simply contact us or create a quality assurance case so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
