Mailing service charges and printing costs are paid for when an order is placed.  Once the postage method and what is to be done with any overruns is confirmed, the mailing list is processed for good and bad addresses. Postage/shipping costs are then provided to the client for payment. We will charge the card already on file or with another form of payment if requested.
