Direct Mail - Is Postage Included in the Mailing Service Cost?

No, postage is a separate charge. Once the mailing list has been run and verified via USPS, you will receive postage costs. 

Direct Mail Postage Rates

The current estimated postal rate ranges below are by measurement. You will receive your postage cost from the Direct Mail Team once your mailing list has been sent through USPS Address Verification. We cannot provide postage quotes before an order is placed and the address verification is completed.


​Postcards 3.5” x 5” up to 4.25” x 6” (machinable & weight of 3.3 oz or less/ea. piece)

  • First Class option only: $0.437 - $0.480

  • (First Class is the only option for postcards at these dimensions)

Letters/Brochure Weight/Postcards 3.5” x 5” up to 6.125” x 11.5” (Machinable & weight of 3.3 oz or less/ea. piece)

  • First Class: $0.617 - $0.699

  • Standard Bulk: $0.387 - $0.450

Flat 6.125 x 11.5 up to 12 x 15 (up to one ounce)

  • First Class: $1.009 - $1.548

  • Standard: $0.801 - $1.232

Postage Delivery Turn-Times

  • First Class Mail is guaranteed delivery of 1 to 3 days after being dropped at USPS (min. 200 pieces)

  • Standard Bulk is an estimated 2 weeks for delivery with no guarantee from USPS of delivery dates. (min. 200 pieces)

Minimum pieces required
Presorted Standard - minimum 200 pieces
Presorted First-Class - minimum 200 pieces
