Turnaround Time

While we make every effort to meet or exceed quoted production, shipping, and delivery dates, Primoprint turnaround times are not guaranteed.

The quoted production turnaround cannot begin until our Processing Team has approved all files and any applicable proofs have been approved by the customer. Proofs are issued at Primoprint's discretion.

Production Cutoff

Our Standard Production (2 Day, 2-4 Day, 5-7 Day, 7-9 Day) cutoff is 12 pm ET, Monday through Friday. Orders approved before this cutoff may begin production the same business day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders approved after this cutoff will begin the following business day.

Rush Production (Next Day & Next Day +1) may be available for some products. The production cutoff for Rush Production is 9 am ET, Monday through Friday. Should production timing exceed the estimated Rush timeline, the client will be refunded the cost difference between Standard and Rush Production times.

Shipping Time

Once complete, orders are shipped with UPS, and transit will begin either the same or the following business day, depending on completion time. We offer a variety of shipping services via UPS, including expedited options like Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select. However, please note that as of March 2020 UPS no longer guarantees the delivery timeline for 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Please plan on placing orders accordingly.

Holidays

Holiday closures may affect both production and shipping times. These closures are listed on the site ahead of time for customer planning purposes.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Please keep in mind that a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, production errors, and weather conditions, may create unplanned delays. We recommend that each customer allow extra time for their order to arrive to account for unforeseen circumstances.
