How to Reorder a Previous Print Project

You can easily reorder jobs where the artwork is not changing. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire process.

To reorder a previous job with the same artwork, you’ll first want to ensure you are logged in to your Primoprint account. Then click the account icon in the upper-right corner and select Order History.

From the Order History screen, you can locate the previous job either by scrolling through all jobs, filtering them by status, or using the search tool to find a specific order number or keyword.

When reviewing your order history, you can use the buttons below the search bar to toggle between grid and list views. You can also click the View Details button to see more information for each order, if needed.

Once you find the correct job, you can place a reorder in one of two ways:

  • Click the Reorder All button to the right of the order details to add all sets from that job to your shopping cart - OR -

  • Click the Reorder Set button below the set details to add only specific set(s) from the order to your shopping cart.

Once you've clicked either option, the respective items and their artwork will be added to your shopping cart. From your cart, you can click Edit Order to modify the quantity and some specs, if needed.

Once you're sure everything is correct and you're ready to place your order, you can check out as you normally would.
