If you've forgotten your Primoprint password, but you remember your email address, follow these steps to regain access to your account.
Go to our Log In page or select the Account Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Click Forgot password?
Enter the email address you use as your Primoprint login and click Submit.
Check your email! It may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam folder if you think it's taking longer than it should.
Follow the instructions in the email by completing the form.
Your password is now reset! You can log snto your account using the new password.
