Before a project goes to print, our processing team reviews all files to make sure they are correct. Projects move forward only if everything looks good. Please note that we don’t question the design; we only review the files to make sure everything is technically correct.
If there are issues with the files, we’ll email a description of the issues and our recommendations. If you’re not sure how to proceed, contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Once you receive your order, please inspect the product to ensure it was not damaged during shipping and that it meets your expectations. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, simply contact us or create a quality assurance case so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
