When using Primoprint's Direct Mail Service, you'll need to upload an address list file specifying where you'd like your mailers sent. This list should be in CSV format and should follow our template exactly.
Our Direct Mail List File Template will help ensure your address list is formatted correctly and ready for mailing. When creating your list, please keep in mind that the headings must match our template exactly.
If your list does not include information under one or more headings, please leave that column blank.
Do not delete any columns.
Do not modify the headings in the top row.
We've provided consecutive numbers up to 1000 in the Record ID column on the left. If your address list contains:
Fewer than 1000 entries, you can leave the remaining rows as-is.
More than 1000 entries, you can add additional numbered rows as needed.
